It is our great pleasure to invite you to Mainz, Germany, to attend the
41. Annual Meeting of the ISPN
from September 29 to October 3, 2013.
Nearly 40 years after Würzburg 1976, this will be the second ISPN Annual Meeting in Germany.
The city of Mainz is situated in the heart of Europe, at the confluence of the rivers Rhine and Main; its history dates back to the time of the Roman Empire 2000 years ago. Mainz not only harbors many important historic and modern attractions, a romantic downtown and beautiful surrounding vineyards; it also offers all facilities needed to host an international scientific meeting. Several hotels of different categories are within walking distance to the congress site and to downtown.
The climate in Germany at the time of the meeting can be expected to be friendly and moderately warm. The accessibiliy of Mainz for international guests is excellent; the international Rhein/Main Airport Frankfurt is only a few kilometers away and ideally linked to Mainz by public transportation, starting directly from the airport.
The scientific committee will prepare an outstanding program and we expect an unforgettable meeting that will combine the exchange of scientific knowledge in pediatric neurosurgery with the enjoyment of the charme and local flavour of Mainz, together with old and new colleagues and friends.
